Returns & Exchanges

At Hyosung Wholesale, we strive to ensure your inventory meets the highest standards, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that as a wholesale provider, all returns must be processed in complete original packs to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your wholesale account and submit a return request through the 'Order History' section within 14 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Authorization & Review

  Our quality control team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email within 48 business hours.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the carton before shipping to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once your return is inspected and approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method or account balance within 7-10 business days.
